THE STORY BEHIND THE ARTIST
Since I was a small child, I was drawing and doodling pictures. I remember my parents telling me it was a gift from God. Growing up in church, God was always an inspiration in my life. My dream was to become an artist.
However, it was in my 20’s that the struggles as a single mother were weighing down on me. All I could do was work to provide for my son. I lost sight of my dream. I worked job to job, putting aside my God given gift.
Mixed Media Art
For this collection I use acrylic paint, and impasto mediums to give a 3D effect, finalized with glitter for an elegant finish.
