This piece began as a simple sketch several years ago while I was learning to draw animals. As I became more focused on the process, I decided to take the sketch further and complete it in charcoal. I was pleased with how the horses came together and wanted to preserve the finished piece.

For me, this drawing represents companionship, peace, and the beauty of being surrounded by good company. It also reminds me that with patience and dedication, a simple beginning can become something meaningful.

Keep going, even when you feel like you’re only practicing. God can take our small beginnings and turn them into something beautiful. Surround yourself with people who encourage you, strengthen your faith, and inspire you to keep growing.
