In the Shadow of Your Wings
Art by Diana Castillo
Acrylic on Canvas
16”x20”
Part of the Sketches on Canvas Collection, this piece captures an angel looking upward, representing us as God’s children—always looking toward our Heavenly Father for guidance, protection, and refuge.
Inspired by Psalm 91:4, the wings symbolize the covering and protection of God. Just as a bird shelters its young beneath its wings, God invites us to rest under His care. The angel’s upward gaze represents trust—a reminder that even when we cannot see what lies ahead, we can always look to the One who watches over us.
