Gray Waters is a contemporary abstract painting created with deep charcoal gray, soft light gray, and a delicate line of gold glitter. The layered tones and flowing movement create a sense of depth and quiet reflection, while the gold adds a subtle contrast that draws the eye through the composition.

The darker shades can represent the uncertain or difficult waters we sometimes encounter in life, while the lighter gray suggests the peace and clarity that can emerge as we move through those seasons. The gold line represents a glimmer of hope—a reminder that even when life feels gray, God’s light is still present.

As a Christian artist, I created this piece as an invitation to pause, reflect, and remember that we are never alone in the waters we face. When the waters around you feel uncertain, keep your eyes on God. He is your anchor in every season and will guide you through.
