As I was painting this piece, I was reminded of the transforming of water into wine. Jesus honors his mother’s request to turn water into wine at a wedding ceremony. His love and obedience to his mother is so beautiful! It’s also a reminder that Jesus came to us offering us eternal life! We are empty without Him but in Him, He transforms us, giving us a new purpose in our own lives. What an amazing God we serve that sent His beloved son for us.
